The company owns 309,960 treasury shares following the transaction.

Oceanteam Shipping is an offshore shipping company. It operates on a global basis where it serves three markets: oil and gas, offshore renewables and high voltage submarine power interconnectors.

The company owns, charters and manages Deepwater Offshore Construction Service – and Pipe Lay Vessels and Fast Support Vessels.

Also, it provides complementary Engineering Services consisting of both Engineering & Design Services and Equipment to support its clients.
