Norway: PG to Provide Fresh Water Generators to Large OSCV

STX OSV’s newbuilding projects HN 793 and 794 – being large Offshore Subsea Construction Vessels under construction for Siem Offshore – are being equipped with the proven PG-Sondex FWG 25 Fresh Water Generators.

Producing 25 tons/day of evaporated fresh water, these units will be delivered with our other packages for same vessels, commencing Q4/2012.

Offshore Subsea Construction Vessels (OSCV) for Siem Offshore in Norway will be of STX OSV’s OSCV 11 design. The vessels will have an overall length of 121 meters, a beam of 22 meters and will be equipped with a 250t AHC crane.

Deliveries are scheduled from STX OSV Brattvaag in Norway in 3Q and 4Q 2013. The hulls of the vessels will be delivered from STX OSV Tulcea in Romania.
