The team of industry professionals behind Enventi, which specialises in the design and engineering of cost reduction solutions for the offshore wind industry, have launched partner company, Ennsub in response to continuing high-levels of activity in the subsea industry.
Headquartered in Westhill near Aberdeen, Ennsub aims to leverage the extensive experience of it’s management and engineering teams to deliver a range of products and services targeting specific areas in the construction and operation of ultra-deepwater subsea infrastructure. Ennsub, with it’s high-end design, engineering and production capabilities will be ideally positioned to support Enventi in it’s development of products and equipment for far-shore, technically challenging offshore wind projects.
Ennsub’s suite of products and project equipment include: pipeline repair solutions, deepwater deployment systems, ultra-deepwater remote technology and high-pressure sealing systems. In addition, Ennsub’s service provision is focussed towards bespoke engineering services in support of its customers projects and assets.
Commenting on the company launch, Enventi General Manager Scott Macknocher said “Launching Ennsub allows us to take advantage of the many complementary areas that exist between offshore wind and offshore oil and gas, particularly in terms of design engineering and our experience of the marine environment and offshore construction operations. We plan to build on our existing capabilities, particularly in product development where we are actively pursuing cost reduction solutions relating to far-shore, deepwater wind developments. We think that Ennsub will prove complementary to Enventi and will support growth as offshore wind activity picks-up”.
