CIC Changxing Shipyard has completed the repair works of MV Deniz-M, a bulk carrier owned by a Turkish company.

The main repair works included the M/E cylinder overhaul, the repair of main sea water pump & ballast pump, the fire pump overhaul, the renewal of hatch cover rubber packing and the Cargo hold sand blasting & painting.

With the reasonable arrangement of the production department, the workshop quickly arranged the labor force for this project. After the shipyard finished the repair project, the leakage of lube oil cooler was found, which was repaired by the ship’s crew.

The shipyard paid high attention to this project, and helped the ship owner to find a missing sub-contractor. The yard arranged the manpower to dismantle the plates of the cooler overnight.

Finally, the lubrication oil cooler was recovered and the subject vessel was delivered on time.
