Neptune Marine Services Limited, The Board of Neptune announced that Mr Peter Wallace will be Chairman of Neptune effective from 1 October 2012.
Mr Wallace joined the Neptune Board on 8 July 2011 and will replace Mr Ross Kennan as Chairman who will retire from the Board of Neptune at the 2012 Annual General Meeting. Mr Wallace has extensive management experience in the banking, engineering and financial services industry as well as public and private company Directorships.
Mr Wallace has held executive management positions with Bell Potter Securities Ltd, Westpac Banking Corporation, Challenge Bank Ltd and National Australia Bank Ltd over the past 27 years. He also has considerable public company experience having held directorships previously with Tethyan Copper Ltd and Decmil Engineering Ltd.
