The Board of Directors of MTQ Corporation Limited announced that with effect from 1 October 2012, Mr Kuah Kok Kim will relinquish his executive position as Executive Chairman, and be re-designated as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.

Mr Kuah will continue his involvement in the Bahrain operations as a consultant.

MTQ Corporation Limited is an investment holding and management company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in activities relating to oilfield engineering; rental of oilfield equipment and spare parts; provision of oilfield equipment manufacturing and fabrication services; sales and servicing of turbochargers and fuel injection parts; investment holding, and securities trading.
