Environment North Carolina, a nonprofit environmental advocacy organisation, will host a press conference today to present its latest report on the North Carolina’s offshore wind potential, writes Lumina News.
David Rogers, Environment North Carolina’s field director stated that NC has a potential of 297 GW of offshore wind power.
Beside Rogers, the Sierra Club’s Zachary Keith and Wrightsville Beach Mayor David Cignotti will take part in this event as well which is free and open to the public.
