Black Construction/MACE International Joint Venture, Barrigada, Guam, is being awarded a $9,987,700 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging on the Small Boat Basin at Naval Support Facility Diego Garcia.
The work to be performed provides for maintenance dredging on the Small Boat Basin with an approximate area of 114,450 square yards. The work includes maintenance dredging, including handling and disposal of dredged material and dredged material storage area.
Work will be performed at Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territories, and is expected to be completed by April 2014.
