The Gardline Group, through its Australia subsidiary Gardline Australia Pty Ltd, has entered into a Joint Venture arrangement with Asia Pacific Maritime Institute Pty Ltd / PIVOT Maritime International Pty Ltd.
The Gardline Group is a marine science and technology company owning and operating a fleet of ocean going survey ships specializing in the provision of seabed investigation and Government support activities globally. Asia Pacific Maritime Institute Pty Ltd / PIVOT Maritime International Pty Ltd is a maritime consulting, training and simulation company, that specializes in resolving complex shipping and port development challenges. The Joint Venture will enable Gardline to grow its footprint in Australasia and the region and give Asia Pacific Maritime Institute Pty Ltd / PIVOT Maritime International Pty Ltd access to a range of additional skill sets and assets. The complimentary skill sets enables the JV to address a range of needs and opportunities.
