The Fast Patrol Craft were designed and built at Israel Shipyards Ltd. as part of the wide SHALDAG family that is serving Naval and Law Enforcement forces around the world.

Operational experience gained from several Navies was implemented in the construction of these new SHALDAG MK II vessels.
