Hull and East Riding councils are preparing to use the advantages that the Siemens’ planned Green Port Hull turbine assembly factory would bring.
Namely, the two councils are set to organize a programme worth GBP 25.7 million for jobs and investment, as they expect confirmation of the project plans from Siemens.
Their aim is to make 1,300 new jobs and transform the area into a focal point for renewable energy development, This is Hull and East Riding news site informs.
