The power & control area in China is experiencing more activities, and a need for more space for offices and production arised. Therefore, Ulstein Marine Equipment in Ningbo recently moved into new and spacious premises in Nordic Industrial Park.

Ulstein Marine Equipment was established in Ningbo in 2007, mainly producing electrical cabinets for the maritime industry ranging from Local Starters to Main Switchboards.

“Ulstein Marine Equipment has developed into a company with a group of experienced expertise in production and engineering in the past five years. Providing high-quality products and service is what we are aiming for. To improve the company’s quality management, UME has set up ISO9001-2008 since 2010. Up to now, we have grown to a company with 52 employees (including 10 subcontracted) and with 2,314m2 operation facility. We are still located in Nordic Industrial Park, only 100 metres away from the old premises” , says deputy managing director Annie Diao .
