Anbaric Transmission could act as an intermediate between potential investors from Europe and USA that are interested in helping TenneT by injecting up to EUR 4 billion (USD 5.2 billion) in the connection of up to four offshore projects to the land.

Anbaric spokesman is cited by Reuters as saying that his company has no interest in operating the network, so TenneT would hold its position.
