The Ampelmann system is a stand-alone unit that can be placed on the deck of any ship to ensure a safe, reliable and highly efficient transfer of personnel offshore, even in less favorable weather conditions. The Ampelmann system is deployed in projects all over the world in both the Offshore Wind and Oil&Gas industry. Ampelmann Operations currently operates 15 units and has realized over 200,000 safe transfers (100,000 of which in 2012) for a long-list of the most influential players in the market.
