Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd has sent a letter of award to Allied Marine & Equipment Sdn Bhd, for the provision of underwater services on a 3,5 years contract.
Under the contract, worth approximately $229 million, Allied, a subsidiary of SapuraKencana, will provide underwater services, including inspection, repair and maintenance services utilising specialised vessels, equipment and personnel covering PETRONAS Carigali offshore oil and gas fields in Malaysia.
The contract expires in April 2016. Petronas Carigali has the option to extend for one more year.
