JES International Holdings Limited, further to the Company’s announcement on 8 October 2012 and 30 October 2012 relating to contracts won for four UT 755 LN PSVs in total, has entered into the option agreement to build another four UT 755 LN platform supply vessels (PSVs) for the same Norwegian customer.

Once the option is exercised by the customer, the Group will deliver the four PSVs by the first half of 2015.

The Rolls-Royce UT 755 LN design is a development of the popular UT 755 series vessel, designed specifically for supplying equipment to oil and gas platforms. Since the first UT 755 was delivered in 1996, more than 180 vessels of this design have gone into service or are on order worldwide.

The UT range of platform supply vessels provides excellent motion characteristics and optimised operational costs versus cargo capacity.
