On 15-16 October 2012, the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) carried out an audit of ConocoPhillips (CoPNo) and Eldfisk 2/7.
The objective of the audit was to follow-up how CoPNo safeguards regulatory maintenance management requirements.
Nonconformities were identified in relation to:
– Communicating information
– Documentation
– Maintenance efficiency
– Maintenance programme
– Follow-up of drilling contractor
Furthermore, one improvement item was identified in relation to use of temporary equipment.
