Arklow Marine Services announced today a new build contract for Gardline in the U.K.

This 19 metre wind farm service vessel is a totally new design and is constructed with a flexibly mounted deckhouse and wheelhouse in order to reduce noise absorption. Work will commence in early January and delivery date is July 2013.

Currently employing 30 the yard is engaged in building new vessels, ship repair & refurbishing.

Operating from two custom built premises on the North Quay in Arklow, one premises is used as an engineering works and the other premises for the boatbuilding and fabrication projects.
