Lundin Enters Charter Agreement for PSV Rem Leader (Norway)

Rem Offshore ASA has entered into a charter agreement with Lundin Norway AS for the PSV vessel “Rem Leader”. The vessel is of VS 499 LNG design. Rem Offshore ASA has entered into a charter agreement with Lundin Norway AS for the PSV vessel “Rem Leader”.

The vessel is of VS 499 LNG design. The vessel will be delivered from Kleven Verft AS on 3(rd) January 2013. The firm contract period is 5 or 6 wells, estimated to approx 500 days. In addition there are 3 wells options. The agreement is made at markets terms.

Rem Offshore ASA offices are located in Fosnavaag. The fleet currently consists of 16 vessels, including 3 vessels under construction (1 AHTS, 10 PSVs, 3 MPSVs and 3 OSCV). REM Offshore operates a new and modern fleet with an average age of ca 3 years and the company currently employs about 400 highly qualified workers.
