Besides an order of four Deltamarin designed bulkers, CSSC Chengxi Shipyard announced that it has been awarded two other contracts for the construction of four bulk carriers, SinoShip reports.

Namely, one week after Swire Shipping placed an order for additional energy efficient bulk carriers, CSSC Chengxi Shipyard has entered into a shipbuilding contract with Jiangsu Ligang Power. The subjects of the contract are three bulk carriers with the capacity of 48,500 dwt whose delivery is scheduled from April 2014.

The third order this month is the one that came from Guangzhou Maritime Transport Company, a subsidiary of China Shipping Group. Guangzhou Maritime ordered one 65,000 dwt bulk carrier with no delivery date displayed.
