GasLog Extends LNG Tanker Options at SHI (Monaco)

GasLog Ltd., an international owner, operator and manager of LNG carriers, said that the company’s options for two LNG carriers at Samsung Heavy Industries that were previously reported to have expiry in 2012, will now expire in Q1 2013. GasLog Ltd., an international owner, operator and manager of LNG carriers, said that the company’s options for two LNG carriers at Samsung Heavy Industries that were previously reported to have expiry in 2012, will now expire in Q1 2013.

The company’s fleet consists of 10 wholly-owned LNG carriers, including two ships delivered to GasLog in 2010 and eight ships to be constructed by Samsung Heavy Industries.

GasLog’s eight ships on order are scheduled to be delivered on various dates between 2013 and 2015.
