Rem Offshore ASA has entered into a long term contract agreement with an international subsea company for the OSCV “Rem Installer”. The vessel is of MT 6022 design.
The vessel will be delivered from Kleven Verft AS in June 2013. The firm contract period is 3 years, with an option for charterer to change the fixed period to 5 years before commencement of the contract.
Commencement of contract is after delivery from yard. The agreement is made at markets terms.
