Fabricom AS, a GDF SUEZ Energy Services company, has been awarded a contract by Marathon Oil Norge AS for provision of maintenance and modification services for the company’s Alvheim floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) operations.
The contract includes provision of engineering studies as well as Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCIC) modifications and maintenance support. The contract is valid for four years with the option to be extended by two periods of one year. The contract value is expected to amount to 500 million kroner depending on activity level.
