The beginning of this year has been very productive for Siemens in offshore wind sector. Today, the company launched its 4-MW offshore wind turbine in Austria and in January the first two Siemens 6 MW wind turbines were installed at Gunfleet Sands III. The company will supply 35 of its 6 MW turbines for Westermost Rough Offshore Wind Farm, developed by DONG Energy. Moreover, Siemens will also build the offshore part of the Noordoostpolder Wind Farm in the Netherlands. Therefore, we are bringing a video on offshore wind power, published by Siemens:
