Effective January 2013, RS Aqua announced the signing of an agreement to represent Kiel based SubCtech GmbH, the German manufacturer of the “PowerPack” and “OceanPack” ranges. The contract appoints RS Aqua as sales and support providers in the UK and Ireland.
With more than 25 years scientific and industry-based experience in marine technology, SubCtech, headed by Dipl.-Phys. Stefan Marx, focuses on the production of underwater power solutions such as Li-Ion batteries, CO2 analyzers and vessel systems to monitor environmental issues. Harsh ocean environment designs coupling unique technology with ease of maintenance, make the SubCtech product range perfect for both research and commercial applications.
The company is scheduled to re-locate to larger industrial facilities in Kiel on 1st March 2013, ahead of its involvement at April’s Ocean Business show at the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton where PowerPack and OceanPack products will be displayed on booths G1 (RS Aqua) and G10 (SubCtech).
