Hycom BV, an international supplier of hydraulic systems for applications in the industry, offshore, marine and dredging, civil works and aviation has become a new member of the Hydac Group.
At Hycom, application knowhow, innovation and flexibility are used when designing complete and energy saving hydraulic drive and control systems. Hycom’s client base has been globalising at an increasing rate over the last few years, resulting in a search for a strong international partner which she has found in the Hydac Group which has her own branches in over 50 countries. Hydac in its turn, has been searching for specific knowledge regarding its offshore and dredging section, as well as in its field of aviation according to Thomas Kwaks, CEO of Hydac BV.
Hycom BV will keep operating independently under her own name and from her own location in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Former owner Wil Hoefakker will stay connected to the company as technical director. Mr. Ivo Beerling and Mr. Dick de Winkel will complement the management team.
The partnership Hydac/Hycom offers an optimal global service to clients with local support in over 50 countries.
