Shark Marine Technologies Inc. announced that they have formalized an agreement with SEA CON to distribute a complete line of underwater electrical and fiber optic connectors.

Shark Marine continues to build upon an existing relationship with SEA CON to stock and distribute SEA CON connectors across Canada, excluding British Columbia. Included in this line are the optical and electrical bulkhead and in-line connectors in dry-mate, wet-mate and underwater mateable configurations, together with cable and hose assemblies, penetrators and switches. SEA CON’s products are in demand by oil and gas companies, environmental and oceanographic industries, and are also found in many defense and military applications.

SEA CON has been at the forefront of innovative connector development for the past 45 years. With a standard range consisting of over 2,500 products, supported by a design and engineering capability that is second to none, SEA CON leads the way in connector technology.

Shark Marine Technologies Inc. has been creating new and innovative underwater products since 1984, serving customers in both commercial and military applications. These include remote operated vehicles, tether management systems, sonar, video and still imaging systems.

Sharks Marine’s extensive knowledge and expertise will enable them to work with customers to determine the correct solution for their application.
