Green World Conferences have announced that the Balkan Wind Power Expo 2013 conference and exhibition will take place in Zagreb, Croatia on 16-17 May 2013.
The conference topics will cover both onshore and offshore wind. Located in the networking area, the exhibition will hold 25 exhibition stands where leading wind energy companies will present their technologies and solutions for the industry.
Over 150 experts in wind energy production, technology, development and energy trade will meet at the Balkan Wind Power Expo 2013.
This is the first time for a conference dedicated and focused exclusively on wind energy to be organized in this region. It will bring together leading experts and decision makers in the region, from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.
It is expected that by 2015 the Balkans wind industry should have reached a level where larger players — utilities, funds and infrastructure companies alike – will still see plenty of opportunities for growth.
