Bibby Offshore UK Ltd has signed a non-exclusive ship agency services contract with GAC covering all ports in the UK and making the Group their first choice of provider elsewhere worldwide.
GAC staff attending the first Bibby port call in AberdeenAberdeen-based Bibby Offshore UK Ltd is a subsidiary of the Bibby Line Group, providing solutions to the oil and gas sector operating in the North Sea. The deal with GAC has been signed just as Bibby Offshore UK embarks on a five-year growth plan that will see the expansion of its fleet of offshore construction vessels and ROV systems.
Under the agreement, operations will be managed and overseen by GAC UK’s Director of Energy Services, Steve Gibson. In addition to ship agency, GAC will also provide a range of complementary services such as bunker fuel supplies and training, and its team in Aberdeen will be available to meet Bibby’s vessel and onshore logistics requirements wherever they berth – in the UK or overseas.
