4C Offshore has completed a 55 page forecast of foundation demand to 2023 for the main European Markets of the UK, Germany, Denmark, France, Belgium and Netherlands.

Contents include an overview of market development in each country (targets, planning, incentives, strengths and weaknesses) plus credible scenarios of likely future development. Where undecided, estimates of foundation types are made based on water depths, seabed soil conditions, wind and wave loading, seabed energy and historical preferences.

Future installations are modelled based on installation start years, project capacity and number of turbines. Where appropriate delays are introduced to account for the different market development scenarios that may play out over the coming decade.
