On 19th of April 2013, after a week of sea trials, Chinese shipbuilder Jiangsu Hantong completed various testing programs on 57, 000-dead-weight-tonne (DWT) Bulk Carrier (HT096).
The results of the sea trials indicate that during all the inspections the bulk carrier met the requirements of her owners and the class.
The vessel is built for US vessel owner Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc and she is class approved by the Lloyd’s Register. Jiangsu Hantong launched the bulker on 16th of November 2012 from No.1 slipway of Hantong.
