DOF has signed two contracts with OMV New Zealand Limited. Skandi Emerald and Skandi Pacific will be utilized for these contracts to support their Kan Tan IV drilling programme in New Zealand.
The contracts have a duration of 160 days plus options, beginning July/August 2013. The vessels, Skandi Pacific and Skandi Emerald are owned by DOF’s Joint Venture, Aker DOF Deepwater AS.
The contracts are in line with DOF’s ambition to strengthen its presence in the Asia Pacific Region.
