Osiris Projects has announced that their latest custom build survey vessel, to be launched in August 2013, will be named ‘Proteus.’
The 14.0m GRP survey caramaran is based on a popular and well proven design within the industry. The hull design ensures exceptional manoeuvrability at both low and high speeds and incorporates a low drag profile ensuring excellent fuel economy.
The vessel provides an excellent stable, comfortable and fast working platform for coastal survey operations incorporating a moon pool, hydraulic A-Frame, and custom retractable transducer mounts.
