Swire Shipping, the liner trade division of The China Navigation Company (CNCo), was presented with the prestigious “Liner Owner/Operator Award 2013” award at the annual Seatrade Asia awards ceremony in Hong Kong on 21 June 2013. These annual awards recognise achievements in the Asian shipping industry.
This award was judged based on innovative customer service delivery, network service development and schedule, together with the commitment to the environment. Swire Shipping was very pleased to receive this award which further recognises our commitment to being a leading provider of sustainable shipping solutions and our customers’ partner of choice.
This award follows the Liner Trade and New Generation awards presented by the Lloyd’s List Australia in 2012 and the Safety Award at the Lloyd’s List Asia Awards received late last year and validates the company’s commitment towards promoting continuous improvement and innovation in all areas of operations with a strong focus on health and safety culture.
