At the OFFSHORE WIND CHINA 2013 expo, held from June 19-21 at Shanghai New International Expo Center, Pontis again joined forces with Dutch entrepreneurs by exhibiting at the Holland Pavillion.
Pontis’ Managing Director in Asia, Martijn van Breugel , was present: “The Offshore Wind Expo was as expected a bit quiet. But despite the considerable challenges and bottlenecks China’s offshore wind power market is facing, the country still is the biggest and fastest growing wind-turbine producer in the world.
“ So still much interest was shown in Pontis’ new 75m blade design, our preforming technology and our latest offshore projects in which we designed and manufactured offshore structures, needed for the installation of the Borwin and Helwin converter stations in Germany.”
