The contract for acquiring and transfer of 3. MAJ shares for purchasing 1,051.118 shares having nominal value 100.00 HRK which represents 83.33% of the share capital of BI 3. MAJ was formally signed, on June 28th 2013.
ULJANIK undertakes to pay to the Seller the purchasing price in the amount of 1.00 HRK (one kuna) for the 3. Maj Rijeka.
As per Contract, ULJANIK is obliged within one year of acquiring shares of BI 3. MAJ d.d. to offer to the employees of the Company BI 3. MAJ d.d. shares owned by ULJANIK which exceed 75% of the total share capital of BI 3. MAJ.
On behalf of the Seller the Contract was signed by the Minister of economy, Mr Ivan Vrdoljak, while on behalf of the Buyer the Contract was signed by the President of the Management Board of ULJANIK d.d., Mr Gianni Rossanda.
