Angelicoussis Shipping Group Ltd. has awarded Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co Ltd (DSME) a USD 411.2 million worth contract to build two liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers, DSME said in a filling to the Korean stock exchange.
DSME further unveiled that the 173,400 cbm LNG carriers will be delivered by the second half of 2016. Maran Gas Maritime, a gas shipping unit of Angelicoussis Group, will operate the vessels.
