SeaBird Exploration Plc (“SeaBird”) announces that Aquila Explorer has received a letter of award from a company in the Asia Pacific region.
The contract has an estimated duration of 30 days with a value of approximately USD 3 million. She is currently working for a national oil company in the region on a 30 day contract with an estimated value of approximately USD 3 million.
The Harrier Explorer is scheduled to complete the Snøspurv multi-client project around 10 July. The Snøspurv survey was completed significantly ahead of schedule, with an average production rate of around 175 km per day. The vessel will next mobilize to commence a 5,000 km contract survey for a multi-client company with an estimated value of approximately USD 4.0 million. The survey has an estimated duration of 45-50 days.
