Grandweld Shipyards has completed the delivery of two 33.5m Aluminum crew boats for Fujairah National Group. FNSA 1 and FNSA 2, sister vessels of the 33.5m class boats, are an optimized version of the successful in-house design that is built to assist in fast transfer of offshore personnel, deck cargo and liquid payload.

The vessels will be operated by Inchcape Shipping Services LLC in different regions worldwide. FNSA 1 is currently working on a project in Mozambique in the East African coast, while FNSA 2 is currently working in Dubai.

Each vessel has a 50 passenger seating capacity and is powered by 3 high speed diesel engines driving 3 fixed pitch propellers to produce speeds in excess of 25 knots. The design was driven to optimize speed and seaworthiness in order to ensure swift transfer of personnel while maximizing crew comfort.

Grandweld is currently undertaking the construction of 25 vessels for various clients worldwide, this includes 2 new sister vessels of the FNSA 1 & FNSA 2 being built for Zamil Offshore and Liwa Marine.
