Brodosplit shipyard held, on July 22nd, a steel cutting ceremony for Newbuilding 524. It is a luxury passenger yacht for nautical tourism, contracted for the domestic shipping company Brodosplit-Navigation Ltd., based in Split.
The 60 meters vessel will be able to accommodate 12 passengers in her six VIP equipped cabins and other public spaces on four decks, with 10 crew members. The luxurious cruise vessel is scheduled to be delivered in 2014.
This project, after three cruise ships built for US market in 2006-2008 and one luxury motoryacht in 2012 for Azerbaijan owner, represents further step forward for Brodosplit in building high class passenger vessels for the demanding world market.
