DOF Subsea USA has taken delivery of the new build DPII Multipurpose Construction Vessel – Harvey Deep-Sea under a 4-year long term charter agreement with Harvey Gulf International Marine.

CNPC, CSSC Ink Strategic Cooperation Agreement

CNPC and China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) yesterday signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing.

IHC Merwede Secures 1 Billion Euro Orders for Six Pipelayers

IHC Merwede’s Offshore division has been successful in securing orders worth over €1 billion for the design, engineering and construction of a total of six pipelaying vessels. The agreements for these six ships have been signed with Subsea 7 and Seabras Sapura, the partnership between SapuraKencana and Seadrill.
