Höegh LNG of Norway posted a picture of the company’s newbuilding “PGN FSRU Lampung” under construction at Hyundai Heavy Industries in Ulsan, Korea.

Höegh LNG and PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) signed a final agreement on 25 January 2012 to provide PGN with an FSRU and mooring system offshore Sumatra, Indonesia. The target start-up date is in 2014.

The project “scope of work” includes construction, lease and operation of an FSRU with associated mooring system located offshore. The agreement is a firm 20 year charter party with two five year options to extend for a total period of 30 years.
