DOF Subsea Rederi AS, an entity in the DOF Subsea Group, has entered into an agreement where the vessel Skandi Bergen is sold to an international buyer.
Delivery to the new owners is expected early 2014.
Based on today’s USD/NOK exchange rate estimated gain on sale of tangible assets will be approximately NOK 200 million.
As a result of the transaction the subsea project activity in the Atlantic region will increase utilization of third party vessels in order to execute projects.
