Nam Cheong Dockyard Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nam Cheong Limited, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, NC Design Pte Ltd (NC Design) in Singapore.
NC Design is a private limited liability company incorporated under the Singapore Companies Act, Cap 50 on 23 September 2013, with paid-up capital of S$1.00.
The above investment was funded from the Company’s internal resources. The intended principal activities of NC Design are marine and ships related industrial design services and technical testing and analysing services.
NC Design is currently dormant.
