Topaz Energy and Marine, a leading offshore support vessel owner with primary operations in the Middle East and Caspian, announced that it has won the ‘Workboats’ award at the recent Seatrade Middle East and Indian Subcontinent Awards held at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai.
