Focal Marine & Offshore has secured two contracts, one for DP-2 ROV/diving support vessel of FOCAL 532 design and another for FOCAL 531 ERRV design.
The first contract was signed with Focal’s regular Middle East client for diving support vessel with LOA of 90m, diesel electric propulsion, AHC crane of 100t SWL, and accommodation for 166 person. Total 1,400 m2 working deck well covered by AHC crane and auxiliary crane provides ideal space for ROV / diving operations.
Second contract was awarded from Sentinel Marine/Nam Cheong. The 62m Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels (ERRV) will be fully facilitated with rescue equipment to UKOOA requirement for North Sea operation. The vessel is designed to ABS crew habitability notation of HAB (WB), and environment-friendly notation of ENVIRO.
Both designs comply with latest regulations including SPS 2008 and MLC 2006.
