Wood Group Kenny Pty Ltd (WGK) and TRAC Oil & Gas Pty Ltd (TRAC) have signed a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the provision of integrated integrity management, inspection, verification, non-destructive testing (NDT) and rope access solutions to conventional oil, coal seam gas (CSG), floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) and LNG projects across Australia.

The MoU combines the world class services and technologies of WGK and TRAC and will enable them to jointly provide integrated and cost-effective engineering and site services solutions to clients, while also maintaining technical independence. The MoU will tap into an estimated AUD 100 million of market-potential work per year.

TRAC’s operations manager, Stephen Brett added, “We are really excited by this joint service offering to the market, and being able to call upon Wood Group Kenny’s experience and expertise will benefit our current client base.”
