DOF’s Subsidiaries Awarded Three New Contracts

DOF’s subsidiaries, DOF Rederi AS and Waveney AS have been awarded three new contracts for the vessels Skandi Fjord, Skandi Marstein and Skandi Waveney. DOF’s subsidiaries, DOF Rederi AS and Waveney AS have been awarded three new contracts for the vessels Skandi Fjord, Skandi Marstein and Skandi Waveney.

The first contract is for the Construction Support Vessel (CSV) Skandi Fjord with Saipem America Inc.

It is a 90 days firm contract + 60 days options, which is expected to begin in February 2014.

The second contract, for the Platform Supply Vessel Skandi Marstein, is a 9 months firm contract + 9 months options. It was awarded by CNR International (UK) Limited and will start in March 2014.

The final contract is a 1 year firm contract + 1 x 2 years options with Peterson Den Helder BV for Skandi Waveney.

Skandi Waveney is built for transportation of oilfield products and supplies to offshore drilling and production facilities.

The contract will start in March 2014.

The firm period of these contracts represents a value of approx. NOK 100 million.
