UTEC expands UK team

UTEC – one of the world’s largest independent survey companies – has announced a key addition to its UK team based in Aberdeen, Scotland.

UTEC – one of the world’s largest independent survey companies – has announced a key addition to its UK team based in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Michael Noble has been named as the company’s Sales Manager UK and will be responsible for the organic growth of the company in existing and new service lines in the onshore/offshore survey market in North West Europe. He brings to the role a wealth of experience in delivering sales targets and generating business growth gained in various segments of the oil and gas industry.

Commenting on Michael Noble’s appointment, UTEC Regional Manager EMEA Kevin McBarron said: “Michael will play a key role in developing innovative strategies for full service provision across current service lines including trenching, construction support, geotechnical, geophysical and IMDC survey.”

Nble added: “UTEC is a dynamic, forward-thinking and fast-growing organization and I look forward to playing a part in further growing the company’s presence in this key part of the world.”

UTEC provides a wide range of survey services including offshore positioning and construction support, geophysical and AUV surveys, geotechnical sampling and consulting services to the oil, gas and energy industries. In addition UTEC offers dimensional control surveys, laser scanning, 3D modeling and the iSITE™ asset management software. UTEC has offices located around the world including: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, Italy, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
