Ocean Yield ASA, a company with investments within oil-service and industrial shipping, is contemplating the issuance of new unsecured bonds in the Norwegian bond market with maturity in March 2019.
The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used to refinance existing bonds and for general corporate purposes.
DNB Markets and Pareto Securities have been retained as joint lead arrangers of the contemplated bond issue.
An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.
